Abstract
2023 marked the fifth installment of the of the Kurt Swanson Bucholz Arsenals of History symposium. This year, the event was hosted off-site for the first time, at the Springfield Armory National Historic Site in Springfield, Massachusetts. As always, we sought to convene original research into any historical firearms related topic. Despite hosting off site that focus remained the same and the presentations this year were thoroughly engaging and covered a wide range of subjects.
